Oooh, if you’re going to make profiteroles, have you got a good chocolate sauce recipe?! If not, this one is fantastically rich and super simple to make: 1 oz butter, 1 1/2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp caster sugar. Chuck everything in a pan on a low heat and stir until it’s all melted together. Om nom nom…
